Advisor to leaders at major FIs with insights on strategic transformations for solving business goals with Agentic AI and other techs.

Maxim holds 20+ years experience across AI and Financial Markets. Before Google, worked as Managing Director in charge of Data and AI transformation globally at Standard Chartered Bank. Before moving to Asia, Maxim worked at McKinsey where he was responsible for AI Transformation Practice. Before consulting, he held various leadership roles in capital markets such as Chief Investments Officer of a large asset manager and various senior roles in Derivatives Trading at RBS.

Maxim holds PhD in Operations, Information and Technology from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where his research focused on AI Applied in Business.
