Scaling digital asset adoption requires common foundational infrastructure and regulatory clarity. The Insights Forum will set the roadmap for successful global digital assets infrastructure and successful tokenisation implementation.  

Stablecoins, exceeding USD $200 billion in circulation, now face heightened policy scrutiny. The Forum will explore how differentiating between retail and institutional stablecoins can guide regulatory clarity and operational design; examine successful regional stablecoins that balance foreign exchange stability with local currency relevance; and assess the capability of on-chain controls to satisfy regulatory requirements.

Despite global initiatives, cross-border payments remain costly, complex, and fragmented. The growth of embedded finance, mobile wallets, super apps and stablecoins is reshaping how individuals and businesses transact globally, expanding financial access while introducing new interoperability and regulatory challenges. 

 The Insights Forum will convene regulators and payment leaders to align legal standards, enable technical interoperability and advance scalable public-private infrastructure for real-time and inclusive cross-border payments.

Financial Services 

As AI evolves from rule-based systems to autonomous agents, it introduces both transformative potential and new systemic risks. 

Insights Forum will explore AI use cases that could accelerate industry adoption, develop common AI components to scale innovation and reduce duplication, and address governance gaps essential for safe and responsible AI in financial services.

Digital Public Infrastructure:
The Foundational Layer for Inclusion   

Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), including digital identity, real-time payment rails and comprehensive data exchanges, is a critical enabler of inclusive and resilient financial systems. 

 As DPI scales across jurisdictions, regulatory complexity and data governance challenges increase. The Insights Forum will explore pathways to interoperability and new regulatory capabilities needed to govern foundational infrastructure for the digital economy. 

Privacy, Financial Crime and
Compliance Innovation 

As technology in finance becomes more pervasive, appropriate safeguards need to be put in place to address concerns around transparency and data privacy and combating cybercrime. Fragmented regulation, sovereignty concerns, and diverging data privacy laws hinder collaboration. 

The Insights Forum will examine the role of RegTech, programmable compliance, and privacy-preserving technologies in strengthening supervision and improving enforcement.

Talent, Capital, and
FinTech Competitiveness 

Emerging technologies are reshaping the global financial workforce, demanding new skills and diverse talent. At the same time, access to capital remains a major barrier, particularly for startups and SMEs in emerging markets.

The Insights Forum will explore strategies for building competitive FinTech ecosystems across regions, improving access to capital, and cultivating global talent pipelines.

The financial system is exposed to a new class of systemic risks shaped by emerging technologies. For example, quantum computing has the potential to unlock over USD $600 billion in value for financial services by 2035, but it also poses profound risks to existing encryption and infrastructure. 

The Insights Forum will stress test black swan scenarios and future shocks, from quantum breakthroughs to digital asset contagion, and explore how regulators and institutions can prepare for a fundamentally different risk landscape.  

Green 100: Greening the business
community from the ground up 

The Green 100 campaign is a 3-year public-private initiative to catalyse sustainability with Singapore’s business ecosystem, starting with SMEs. Given SMEs’ major attribution to employment, GDP, and corporate value chains (especially Scope 3 emissions), accelerating their sustainability transition is critical to national and global net zero goals.   

Green 100 is free for all businesses and back by both government and industry. Participants earn campaign labels that unlock procurement opportunities and other incentives. The movement culminates at the Green100 Summit, showcasing leadership, progress, and practical collaboration across sectors.
