Head of Group Data Office, OCBC Bank
Donald leads the OCBC Group Data Office function across Asia.
Group Data Office are responsible for driving value from AI & Data by capturing opportunities to generate new revenue streams, lower costs, reduce risk and improve customer experience across all areas of OCBC Group. As the Analytics CoE, we also enable other analytics teams across OCBC - through development of our next-generation analytics stack, group data strategy and empowering staff with data literacy skills.
Capabilities within Data Office include AI Strategy, Analytics Translation, Analytics, The AI Lab and Data Engineering.
An industry veteran with over 30 years of international experience in Analytics roles. Prior to joining OCBC, Donald led the Data Mining team at Standard Life, before working in analytics consulting at IBM and PwC Consulting.
