Co-founder, Group Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Advance Intelligence Group

Jefferson Chen is the Co-founder, Chairman, and CEO of Advancee Intelligence Group, an Al native financial services and data platform, enabling easy and fair access to financial products and services in APAC and Latin America. The Group's consumer business, Atome Financial, is Southeast Asia's leading digital finance platform, and the Group's B2B business, ADVANCE.AI, is the region's leading provider of digital identity verification, risk management and credit bureau services. Before founding Advance Intelligence Group, Jefferson was Head of Private Investing for Greater China at Farallon Capital, a leading alternative asset management firm with over US$30 billion AUM. He also worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, where he was involved in IPO and M&A transactions for numerous Asian companies in tech, financial services and other industries. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University. Jefferson is concurrently a General Partner with GSR Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based global venture capital firm,and a board member at IMDA, a statutory board under Singapore's Ministry of Digital Development and Information.
