Kieran serves as International Head of the AI Centre of Excellence at Nomura, where he leads the bank's global AI strategy and implementation across international operations, directing enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives with regular C-suite reporting and board-level stakeholder management.
With more than two decades of experience in banking and 15 years dedicated to digital transformation and AI strategy across global financial markets, Kieran has held senior leadership roles at Nomura, BNP Paribas, and UBS. He has successfully delivered significant technology investments, led generative AI deployment, and managed large-scale digital transformation programs while driving cultural change around AI adoption.
As a thought leader within regulated financial services, he brings deep expertise in AI governance, risk management, and scaling AI solutions across global organizations.
Kieran holds an Executive Master in Change with Distinction from INSEAD and a Bachelors in Commerce and Management from Lincoln University, New Zealand
