Boon-Hiong Chan has over 20 years of experience in the banking and capital markets, and specialises in the intersections of technology, regulatory analysis and financial services.

He is presently responsible for regulatory analysis and advocacy, driving positive changes and good industry practices, fostering collaboration and enhancing the resilience of the industry, firm and clients. As an Innovation Lead, he identifies, co-create and assess technologies focused on DLT/blockchain and AI systems for applications. Prior roles include as a transformation lead, new product incubator and go-to-market driver.

Boon is a community volunteer, and a proponent of aged economics and financial inclusion. His is trained in accountancy, computation/AI, and cybersecurity & policy. A board of director and an innovation panel evaluator, he is based in Singapore.
