Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, GWM Capital, OD Consulting

Financial expert and ACCA-certified auditor with strong expertise in investment management, corporate finance, and fund structuring. He is the co-founder of HQB and QAMS, and a founding partner at OD Consulting Ltd., an AIFC-licensed advisory firm. Prior to establishing GWM Capital, he held senior positions at EY, KMG EP, and the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), where he contributed to developing Kazakhstan’s modern financial ecosystem.
