As a respected FinTech, and Open Banking & Digital Banking leader, his passion to build strong and interconnected digital economy has led to innovative business models and ecosystem partnerships.
Over last 20 years, Shrikant has worked across fifteen countries spanning North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, China, Australia, and India. Large part of Shrikant’s experience has been with financial services, IT services and governments in assisting wide variety of corporations, across a range of topics including Strategy, Business Model Innovation and Digital transformation. Shrikant has driven regional and global roles in consulting such as Associate partner in Oliver Wyman’s Digital Practice, Digital Strategy and Transformation Lead at The Boston Consulting Group, Senior Principal leading Digital Strategy at Accenture Strategy and Strategy and Transformation Consulting at IBM.
Shrikant Mentors CEOs, Board Members in Banking, Finance and Digital. At present, Shrikant is a faculty member at Master's Union, SP Jain Global School of Management for Fintech Course. He has wide experience in teaching at global schools including Singapore Management University and City University of HK.
Shrikant holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from V.J.T.I. Mumbai, a Masters in Finance from Mumbai University, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD. He attended the executive management program for Business Model innovation at Penn Wharton, Beijing. Shrikant drives thought leadership by writing regularly in leading publications as well as a speaker and panelist at several conferences.
