With a background in software engineering, Tianwei has led StraitsX’s transformation from a startup to a trusted infrastructure provider enabling compliant and programmable digital finance.
Under his leadership, StraitsX became a first-mover in regulatory-first stablecoin infrastructure, with its stablecoins XSGD and XUSD recognised under the MAS Single-Currency Stablecoin (SCS) framework. This positions StraitsX to enable institutions, fintechs, and Web3 platforms to transact with confidence in a new era of digital finance.
