With over 20 years of experience, Nick has consistently driven innovation and built successful teams in both traditional and decentralized finance. Prior to Ava Labs, he was Co-Founder and CEO of Castle Funds, a prominent wealth management platform focused on digital asset investment solutions. At Tora Trading Systems (acquired by LSEG), he served on the executive team as Managing Director of Global Operations, playing a critical role in the development of their globally recognized institutional investment solutions. Nick's foundational experience includes six years as VP of Platform Engineering at Wells Fargo Bank.
