GFTN organises convening forums, offers advisory services on innovation ecosystems, provides access to transformative digital platforms, and invests in technology startups with the potential for growth and positive social impact through its venture fund.

Deborah Algeo is a seasoned strategist with over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, and innovation. Deborah has held leadership roles across banking, fintech, and digital assets. Her work bridges traditional finance and digital finance, with a particular focus on tokenisation, stablecoins, and institutional-grade custody solutions.
Currently, she leads Singapore, Hong Kong and Solutions by Zodia Custody, where she is instrumental in developing innovative products and services that empower businesses to explore and capitalise on opportunities in the digital assets space.
Before joining Zodia Custody, Deborah led strategic innovation portfolios at major Australian banks, including NAB and Westpac, delivering initiatives across compliance, payments, and emerging technologies. She is also an advisory board member of the RegTech Association and was recognised as Best in Digital Assets at the Women in Finance Asia Awards 2025.
