InJun leads strategic engagements to define Agentic AI adoption strategies, prioritize high-impact use cases, co-create minimum-viable Agentic AI products, and advise clients on establishing enterprise-wide Agentic AI Operating models, guiding C-suite leaders in building sustainable and scalable Agentic AI-orchestrated transformation roadmaps.

With nearly 20 years of experience, he has led in-house AI teams at Singapore-based financial institutions Munich Re and United Overseas Bank, and served as the Financial Services Sector AI Lead for IBM Watson across Hong Kong and Korea.
