Dr. Lisa Ross, Director Asia Pacific, is a seasoned politics, policy and regulatory affairs professional and leader, located in Singapore.

She has 13 years’ experience spanning the financial services industry and legal academia, specialising in financial regulation, new technologies, and the integration of sustainability objectives into financial markets. Further, she advises clients on geopolitics and its impacts on business. Lisa has been based in Asia for nearly a decade. Before joining Flint, she researched the intersection of law, technology, and sustainability at the National University of Singapore and worked at an international commercial law firm in Singapore. She obtained a PhD in law in sustainability regulation in the financial sector and regularly publishes her research findings in leading international and local journals and books.
