Prior to that, he spent ten years in various positions in the card payment business, including CEO of Worldline Switzerland and CEO of SIX Payment Services. He has extensive expertise in financial market infrastructures, having worked as Head Corporate Development for SIX Group and SWX Swiss Exchange. After studying business administration at the University of St. Gallen and the Stockholm School of Economics, he began his professional career in consulting.
