Tokenisation in capital markets is rapidly moving from pilots to production, with major institutions tokenising funds, bonds and alternative assets. The use of stablecoins and tokenised bank liabilities are also gaining traction as the digital cash layer for instant, 24/7 trading and settlement of tokenised assets, and improving efficiency of cross-border payments.

Dialogues will bring together global policymakers and financial institutions to examine the transformative potential of asset tokenisation and digital money, leveraging insights and commercial implementations from collaborative initiatives such as Project Guardian.

Global Layer One is fostering an ecosystem of compatible market infrastructures upon which tokenised money and assets could be exchanged. This work includes developing standards and toolkits for operating these infrastructures that are open and interoperable with each other.

Sessions will showcase toolkits for Market Infrastructure and Programmable Compliance, exemplary of the collaborative efforts between industry partners and policymakers in building capabilities that enable asset tokenisation to scale.

Sessions will feature Pathfinders in AI across a variety of panels that cover AI architecture, agentic payments and commercial cases.
